Penthouse 36 is the renovation of a still relatively young duplex unit into a customised penthouse flat for the new owners. The transition from the existing to the new floor plan organisation, through furnishing and materiality, has been exciting for us. The design concept consists of few, but spatially profound interventions that not only change the organisation of the flat, but at the same time create additional functions and surfaces and give each space a completely different character.
